The Canadian Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (CSOHNS) serves as the national voice of the specialty in Canada. Representing over 800 members—including otolaryngologists, residents, fellows, medical students, and allied health professionals—the Society is dedicated to advancing the field across clinical practice, education, and research. CSOHNS organizes an annual scientific meeting and is the proud owner of the Journal of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.
The Society is committed to achieving excellence in patient care, medical education, scientific research, and quality improvement. It also seeks to enhance public and professional awareness of otolaryngology – head and neck surgery, while fostering collaboration and communication among its members and with key stakeholders. CSOHNS maintains strong and productive relationships with national and international organizations within the specialty and values its ongoing collaboration with the Confederation.
A Historic Meeting
We are delighted to announce a landmark event in the Society’s history—the 79th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology, held in partnership with our esteemed colleagues from France, the Société Française d’ORL (SFORL).
This unprecedented collaboration brought together leading experts and innovators from Canada, France, and around the world. The meeting was co-presided by Dr. Sam Daniel, President of CSOHNS, and Dr. Vincent Couloigner, Secretary General of SFORL.
CSOHNS looks forward to continuing to build bridges and strengthen global partnerships in the field of otolaryngology – head and neck surgery.
